Junior Scrum Master – Data Management & Analytics

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a driven Junior Scrum Master to support our Data Management & Analytics team in delivering high-quality projects. You’ll help manage sprints, track progress, and ensure business objectives are met while gaining hands-on experience with Agile practices, Azure DevOps, and data-driven solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Support Agile delivery of projects from planning through to completion
Ensure alignment and delivery of agreed scope of work against expected milestones
Identify and address potential risks, scope creep, and delivery challenges
Manage and track sprints in Azure DevOps, providing progress updates
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives
Assist in building a culture of continuous improvement within the team
 
Skills & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration (NQF 7)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – advantageous
Minimum 0–2 years’ experience in a Scrum Master or Agile support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps – advantageous
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and analytics platforms such as SAP BW, SSRS, Power BI, or Microsoft Azure – advantageous
Understanding of data pipelines, machine learning, and reporting – advantageous

Qualification:
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration (NQF 7)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – advantageous
