Junior Sales and Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY:
A 3D printing and supplies company based in Pretoria is currently seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator who can bring structure, accuracy, and ownership to our daily operations. This role sits at the core of the business. It ensures that quotations turn into orders, orders turn into invoices, invoices turn into payments, and products more efficiently from supplier to customer. You will work closely with both commercial and operational leadership, supporting our online division while also coordinating in-person operational activities. If you enjoy keeping things organised, spotting gaps before they become problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role will suit you.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales and Commercial Administration

• Preparing accurate quotations
• Processing and confirming customer orders
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
• Supporting online sales administration

• Placing supplier orders locally and internationally
• Monitoring stock levels and planning purchasing cycles
• Tracking inbound shipments
• Maintaining accurate inventory records

• Assisting with margin and cost tracking
• Reconciling supplier invoices
• Maintaining clean and organised documentation
• Providing operational updates to leadership

• Coordinating courier dispatch and collections
• Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Resolving supply chain or delivery issues
• Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency

• 3 years of experience in operations, sales administration, supply chain, or a similar environment
• Strong financial and administrative accuracy
• Comfortable working with invoicing and accounting systems
• Must be technically minded
• Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Commercially aware and accountable
• Experience in technology, Ecommerce, distribution, or hardware industries is beneficial but not required.
• The job will require you to start at 7.30 am and finish at 5.00 pm
