SUMMARY:
Job purpose: 

To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers within the Retail Division. The Junior Sales Representative will assist the customer in understanding the Companys products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Qualifications and experience:
      • Matric 
      • Customer Service / Marketing Diploma or Degree
      • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience within a Retail environment 
      • Computer Literate (Syspro)
      • Valid Driver's License
