SUMMARY:
Junior Sales Consultant - Meadowdale, Edenvale URGENT

To provide excellent customer service on the retail floor, assist with product selection and fitting, maintain store appearance, and contribute to sales in a dynamic clothing retail environment

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Drivers Licence
Minimum 2 year of retail / workwear experience preferred
Passion for selling
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor in a warm, professional manner
Assist with cleaning and housekeeping standards
Advise customers on clothing styles, sizes, and correct garments for their work environment
Assist with fitting room requests and ensure fitting room areas are monitored and tidy
Maintain stock presentation: fold, hang, and display items neatly and attractively
Ensure clothing items are correctly sized, tagged, and priced
Replenish merchandise on the floor from the stockroom as needed
Support with stock counts, receiving deliveries, and unpacking stock
Promote in-store promotions and marked down items
Handle exchanges and returns in line with company policy
Communicate customer feedback or issues to management
Adhere to health and safety standards
Must be willing to travel to customers and assist them with fittings and samples
Must adhere to standard operating procedures
Administratively strong and must have attention to detail
