At Staff Solutions, we’re passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer who’s eager to learn the ropes of recruitment, support our consultants, and help our candidates and clients succeed.

POSITION INFO:

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
• Writing and posting job adverts that grab attention
• Conducting reference checks and shortlisting top talent
• Maintaining and updating our candidate database
• Assisting consultants with interviews and client coordination
• Building strong relationships with candidates — you’ll be their go-to person!

• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office & online job platforms)
• A team player who’s not afraid to take initiative
• A relevant HR or business qualification is a plus (but not essential)
