The Recruitment Council (TRC), a national recruitment firm based in Ballito, is offering an exciting 3-month paid internship opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Analyst. This role provides a fantastic platform to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, working alongside our experienced Operations Manager and Recruitment Team.

What You''''ll Be Doing:
As a Junior Recruitment Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing and onboarding top talent within the Financial Services industry. Your responsibilities will include:
Database Recruiting and Onboarding:
- Assisting Recruiters with various recruitment efforts for Financial Services positions.
- Providing weekly status reports on all recruiting activities to management.
- Updating and posting current industry vacancy job openings to the TRC website and relevant job boards.
Other Responsibilities:
- Potentially assisting with sector research to identify key talent pools.
- Contributing to proposal development and candidate identification for new business submissions.
- Undertaking other tasks as assigned to support the team''''s objectives.
Shared Internship Responsibilities:
- Participating in a rotation for receptionist duties, providing essential administrative support to staff.
- Supporting the Data Analyst in ensuring the smooth operation of the office through various office management tasks.
- Assisting with event planning for the TRC office.
What We''''re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Matric certificate or undergraduate qualification (BA degree is advantageous).
- Demonstrated interest in the field of Recruitment.
- Prior office experience is desired.
- Knowledge of another language is preferred.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- This is a paid internship opportunity for a 3-month contract.
- You will receive a fixed basic salary, the specific amount depending on your qualifications and experience.
- You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on successful placements (where applicable to your tasks).
