SUMMARY:

A company based in Benoni is looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis with possibility to go permanent

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must be available immediately
Matric
Reside in the East Rand
Excellent computer literacy skills
Ability to converse with candidates telephonically
Training will be given
Previous experience working within a recruitment related role advantageous

Duties:

Conducted initial interviews with candidates on behalf of consultants to assess suitability
Performed thorough reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and work history
Capture and update candidate data in the company’s recruitment database
Maintain clear communication with consultants to address any updates regarding candidates
Held virtual meetings with candidates via video call to facilitate screening processes
Assisted consultants in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles
Supported the recruitment team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
