Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience would be highly beneficial
Excellent telephone and administration skills â€“ 70% of day will be spend on the phone â€“ time management and multitasking skills is essential
Sales orientated person (cold calling duties is non-negotiable, bringing in new business)
The ideal person will have excellent listening skills, tech savviness and be a keen learner
No job hoppers
Must have a passion to work with and help people
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Full function Recruitment duties from start to finish (360 Recruitment)
Updating systems and typing CVâ€™s
Bringing in new clients and establishing relationships
Negotiating contracts.
Â
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
Organising interviews and selection events.
Helping candidates prepare for interviews
Building relationships with candidates and clients
