Junior RAF Attorney

SUMMARY:
Position: Junior Attorney – Third Party (RAF) Practice
Location: Florida, Johannesburg
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 CTC Per Month (depending on experience)

Our Legal client is seeking a Junior Attorney to join their dynamic Third-Party Practice, focusing on Road Accident Fund (RAF) matters. 

Requirements:

• 1–2 years post-admission experience
• Completed LLB degree
• Bilingual: Afrikaans and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
• Valid driver’s license (own vehicle is advantageous)
• Prior RAF experience will be a strong advantage
• Must be available immediately or within 1 month

Duties include:

• Drafting legal documents
• Attending to RAF matters
• Court appearances
• Client consultations and file management
