SUMMARY:
Our client in the Building / Construction industry is looking for a qualified Junior Quantity Surveyor in Cape Town

R 20 000 - R 30 000 CTC per month (Depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Newly Qualified Quantity Surveyors are WELCOME to apply
Some experience would be very beneficial
Minimum qualification: Degree is Quantity Surveying
Own reliable car and drivers license is required
Preferably someone already in the Cape Town area (no relocation)

Duties:

Assist in preparing bill of quantities and take-offs from drawings
Measure and record site works
Oversee and monitor coasts against the budget
Supplier quotations / subcontractors - Obtain and analyse
Liaise with site managers, engineers and subcontractors
Implimentation of company policies, SHEQ and ISO requirments and procedures
