We're looking for a Junior Quality Engineer who is naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about understanding how things work. POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
Assist with quality inspections, audits, and process validations
Investigate non-conformances and support corrective action initiatives
Analyse quality data and identify trends and improvement opportunities
Assist cross-functional teams in driving continuous improvement projects
Ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory quality requirements
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar)
Maximum of 3 years' experience within a quality, production, manufacturing, or engineering environment
Knowledge of quality principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
