A globally recognised manufacturing business in the automotive branding space is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer who understands that precision is not optional – it is expected.

POSITION INFO:

What your role will challenge you to do
You will become an integral part of the quality function, ensuring products consistently meet stringent customer and industry standards.

Drive product quality through APQP, PPAP, FMEA and control plans
Analyse data using SPC tools and translate trends into corrective action
Support new product launches with measurement capability and validation
Manage customer concerns and internal defects through structured problem-solving (8D)
Ensure processes, procedures and inspections are aligned to quality standards

In this role, quality is not theoretical. It is real-time, measurable, and visible on every part delivered.
What you bring

3+ years’ experience within automotive manufacturing quality
Sound understanding of OEM core tools and customer-specific requirements
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment
Technical qualification in quality or a related field
