SUMMARY:
Job Summary:
The Junior Quality Assurance Assistant will support the QA Manager in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting with quality assurance processes, maintaining documentation, liaising with suppliers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update quality registers, including deviations, change control, and CAPA registers.
- Liaise with raw material suppliers to ensure SAHNA certificate compliance.
- Work with production staff to address quality issues and review floor documents.
- Assist in updating the BOM Master Product list file.
- Support investigations into customer complaints and non-conformance reports.
- Organize and prepare training sessions on quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, including QC test results and verification reports.
- Conduct Product Quality Reviews (PQR) to identify deviations and non-conformities.
- Assist in preparation for internal and external quality audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with drafting SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in manufacturing (advantageous).

Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Science.
