Are you an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE friendly, organised, and proactive Assistant Portfolio Manager?
Join our team and support a Senior Portfolio Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with the management of residential complexes and estates.
Responding to owner and resident queries.
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with contractors.
Preparing meeting packs, correspondence, and general documentation.
Keeping records and property information up to date.
Assisting with reports, quotations, and invoices.
Providing general administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager.
Building positive relationships with owners, trustees, and service providers.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience in property industry experience essential
MDA / MRI or TPN essential
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Someone who is professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy environment.
