Are you passionate about property and eager to start your career in the real estate industry? Our client, an established Real Estate Agency, is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a young, energetic individual with a keen interest in property and a willingness to learn and grow in the business.
No prior experience or qualifications are required—just the right attitude and enthusiasm for the property industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- A strong interest in the property industry
- Professional, presentable, and eager to learn
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to be hands-on and involved in all aspects of property management
- Client-focused mindset
Responsibilities:
- Assist with property inspections, viewings, and client communications
- Support senior property managers with daily tasks and administration
- Learn and assist with lease management, tenant liaison, and property maintenance
- Coordinate and follow up on service providers and repairs
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation
- General office duties and on-site support as needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
