Junior Project Engineer (BSc or BEng Mechanical/ Mechantronics degree only)

Our client, a well-established and progressive engineering and manufacturing company, seeks to employ a BEng or BSc Mechanical/Mechatronics qualified junior deign/project engineer for a newly created role within their design/projects team

Please note: This is NOT a senior role, it is a junior to mid-career level role and only candidates with University Degree qualifications listed will be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed a BEng or BSc in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, coupled with 1-3 years experience in project management of engineering equipment fabrication or related
• You will have a sound knowledge of PMBok and related project management guidelines, systems and processes.
• You will have experience in leading complex projects, processes and be the sole point of contact for stakeholders, such as client, management and production staff
• You will have experience in managing the design process to meet the client’s specifications, as well as reviewing project layouts, engineering drawings, scheduling, costing, potential problems and time lines to ensure successful projects.
• You will have excellent report writing skills and manage the document library and team document share systems
• You will be flexible to travel, both locally and internationally for projects, therefore you will be fully COVID vaccinated and have a valid passport.
