• Excellent career opportunity within a manufacturing company for a Coordinator to assist with coordinating projects within the small works division based in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 Years experience within an electrical manufacturing environment
• Experience in the panel manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
• Recognised qualification in supply chain is an advantage
• Stores and inventory handling is advantageous

• Responsible for the project administration of projects in small works
• Ensure Customer credit facility approvals and resolve payment queries
• Process creditors reconcile for payment
• Update order status/order tracking
• Load sales orders in SAP system
• Create SAP job numbers
• Order BOM for jobs
• Order consumables
• Originate invoices, dispatch notes, and delivery notes
• Generate purchase orders and expedite materials
• Receipt of stock and capture into SAP
• Create sales orders and sales order transfers
• Request for the creation of stock codes
• Maintain stock levels
• Stock labelling and storage housekeeping
• Pick stock for allocated jobs
• Order dispatching
• Liaise with the Logistics Department on stock-related issues
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintain the 5S standards
• Facilitate clear communications between other divisions and departments in the Group
