Youâre a highly organised, detail-driven Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced retail and installation environment. You confidently manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

With 1â2 yearsâ coordination experience and strong Excel skills, you align teams, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Experience in retail campaigns, shopfitting, or visual merchandising will set you apart.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Â

Plan and allocate installation resources according to campaign requirementsÂ

Coordinate multiple retail campaigns and installations simultaneouslyÂ

Track timelines and ensure projects remain on scheduleÂ

Work closely with Logistics to ensure all materials are delivered on timeÂ

Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or operational issuesÂ

Support installation teams during rollouts and maintain alignment across departmentsÂ

Review installation photos and ensure quality standards are met before sign-offÂ

Liaise with clients during execution and share completion updatesÂ

Compile audit and completion report and maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements / QualificationsÂ

1â2 yearsâ experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar coordination roleÂ

Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skillsÂ

Valid driverâs licence and own reliable transportÂ

Excellent organisational and time-management skillsÂ

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureÂ

Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solutions-driven mindsetÂ

Willingness to work overtime when requiredÂ

Experience in Visual Merchandising or ShopfittingÂ

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
