POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Citrus Production Management:

• Planting, pruning, fertilizing and harvesting

• Pest, weed and disease control

• Irrigation scheduling and monitoring

• General crop manipulation and quality control

• Labour planning and team management

• Record-keeping and reporting

• Coordinating transport and accommodation

• Overseeing maintenance of orchards, equipment, and infrastructure

• Cost control and improving productivity

• Post-matric qualification in Agriculture (Diploma/Degree)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in citrus production
• Sound knowledge of modern citrus farming practices
• Irrigation knowledge/experience is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literacy (especially Excel and MS Office)
