Our client in the cellular (retail) industry us looking to fill the vacancy of Junior Personal Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:



We are looking to employ someone in the role of a junior PA. There is massive growth in the company as the person will be trained on every aspect the business with the intention of overseeing the smooth running of the business.
 
We are looking for a  well organized individual to assist with the administration of a cellular franchise business, keeping the diaries for upper management and facilitating the day to day tasks by giving out instructions to the relevant teams as and when required to so.

The successful candidate will assist in helping upper management with various administrative tasks in promoting and driving efficiency in the backend of the business.
 
The applicant must have the following characteristics and attributes.
 
  1.  2 - 3 Years of PA experience or experience in similar role.
  2. Extremely well presented 
  3. Highly organized 
  4. Trustworthy 
  5. Pays attention to detail
  6. Able to multitask 
  7. Computer literate with Excell and Office 
  8. Must be proficient in digital filing and 
  9. Must be tech savvy
  10. Can work under pressure
  11. Must be able to adapt to different work environments.
  12. Must be a team player 
  13. Must be able to travel
  14. Must take a keen interest in business, economics and commerce
