SUMMARY:
Junior Operations Administrator (FMCG)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a Junior Operations Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Basic office admin, filing and data capturing
  • Boardroom and front office management
  • Daily HR functions:
    • Capturing working hours and overtime
    • Managing leave system
    • Managing absenteeism and late coming daily
    • Upkeeping of staff files
    • Disciplinary actions
  • Reporting:
    • Daily report back
    • Formal weekly reports
    • Weekly meeting with Snr Management
  • Stock control:
    • Responsible for PPE stock
    • Issue and record electronically
    • Weekly stock taking
  • Data capturing and reporting on irregularities
    • Daily productions
    • Diesel
    • Cost per route
    • Staff sales
  • Communicate irregularities or exceptions with departmental managers to resolve
  • Interaction with staff to resolve queries and problems

Requirements

  • Matric or Grade 12 Certificate
  • Be a South-African resident
  • Good human relations and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computing skills – Must be Excel proficient
  • Very neat and tidy work ethic
  • Candidate must have a pro-active and attention to detail approach to his/her work
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
