SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Operational Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in labour broking and human resources, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage operational processes effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Labour/Industrial Psychology.
Matric.
Valid driver’s license.

Requirements:

5–10 years’ experience in labour broking.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operational Manager within a labour broking firm.
Solid background in HR practices and processes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 5–10 teams with a total headcount of approximately 600 employees in Gauteng.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Manage labour broking processes including recruitment, placement, and workforce management.
Support HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet staffing and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and health & safety standards.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.
