SUMMARY:
Junior Merchandiser

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

Visit stores and execute merchandising standards
Ensure products follow planograms
Check and report stock availability/out-of-stock issues
Maintain displays, pricing labels, and promotional material
Set up and manage POS branding
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and positioning
Capture and submit store reports with photos
Liaise with staff to resolve merchandising issues

Non-negotiable requirements:

2 – 3 years previous experience in retail, merchandising, or in-store field execution
Understanding of how retail stores operate and product placement importance
Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
Ability to work independently across multiple store visits
Good communication skills when dealing with store personnel
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined approach to field work
Valid Drivers with own vehicle
