Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical environment, with a particular focus on HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and development of HVAC systems and mechanical components
• Support project planning, site inspections, and system commissioning
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation
• Conduct basic calculations and performance analysis for HVAC systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving mechanical and HVAC-related issues
• Provide administrative and technical support across engineering projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or BEng in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate)
• Basic knowledge or exposure to HVAC systems (academic or practical)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD software is advantageous
