POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Centurion - Hennopspark
Salary: Market related
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related engineering field.
Matric with average of 85% (non-negotiable).
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in design, engineering, and project management tasks for vehicle projects, contributing to the development and execution of innovative solutions.

Assist in the design and development of vehicle components and systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Perform engineering analysis and calculations to support design and performance objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
Support project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
