About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be the key support for our Managed Print Services (MPS), ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their printing fleets run smoothly. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our monitoring tools, managing service schedules, and providing crucial administrative support to our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:

Software & Monitoring: Assist with the overall management of MPS Monitor software, including generating reports and ensuring accurate device monitoring.

Service Coordination: Help log, plan, and schedule installations and service calls for our team of engineers.

Administrative Support: Follow up on job cards, update service tickets, order parts, and process warranty claims for major brands like Lexmark and HP.

Customer Management: Keep our SLA customers informed on the status of their requests and manage their consumable levels to ensure they never run out.

Data & Reporting: Use your Excel skills to manage consumable reports, assist with billing, and compare supplier pricing.
