A Junior Litigation Secretary is required for a legal firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, Gauteng. R15k p.m.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary
Experience in High Court & Magistrates Court Litigation
Matric or relevant legal qualification
Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans
Computer literacy on Word, Excel, Outlook and Ghost Practice
Must have own transport

Key Performance

Dictaphone typing
Debt collections
Draft notices & pleadings
Diary management for the Director
Assist with billing & general administration
