Northern Suburbs Law Firm based in Parktown seeks a Junior Attorney

POSITION INFO:

Description and Requirements:

Admitted junior legal practitioner with 2-3 years post admission
Computer literate and must be able to work well under pressure
Knowledge and experience in the Banks legal recoveries work
Knowledge and experience in Standard Bank VAF recoveries
Knowledge of the Banks IT systems such as CACCS and My Attorney
Extensive knowledge and understand of the National Credit Act
Understanding of legal processes from section 129, summons, default judgment and warrant of execution;
Appreciation of the Banks milestones and service level agreement requirements
Hard working, reliable and ability to work independently
