SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Â Responsible for supporting the litigtion department;
? the organisation of case files and addressing any issues that arise with particular cases;
? drafting legal documents, research;
? additional duties include:
o the Interacting with clients over the telephone, or by email or postal mail and or in person;
o receipt of and organizing and completing necessary documentation;
o monitoring case statuses;
o answering client questions and referring them to the attorney, and scheduling court cases,hearings and attorney/client meetings;
o communicating with relevant Correspondents and stakeholders in the course of file orcase management;
o attendance at relevant authorities and or offices in the course of file or case management;
o any other general legal and file or case management task; and
o compilation of reports as instructed.Â

REQUIREMENTS

Need to have an LLB degree, applicant must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel andOutlook). The candidate must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently once trained and have good diary management skills

6 month contract with new contract or permanent position based on performance thereafter
