POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree (Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa)
Knowledge of manage full litigation process
Minimum of 1–2 years post-admission experience in litigation, with a focus on banking, debt recovery, and insolvency law
Exceptional legal research skills
Proficiency in legal software programs
Draft necessary legal documents including: Section 129 notices, summonses, warrants of attachments, notices and conditions of sale, other banking litigation documentation
Must have own car and a valid driver’s licenses
