POSITION INFO:

This role is focused on high-volume contract drafting, risk mitigation, and providing pragmatic solutions that keep the business moving.

Requirements

• Completed LLB degree (Essential).
• (Admission as an attorney is not required).
• Experience: 2–3 years in commercial law or in-house legal support.
• Strong drafting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially astute, solutions-oriented, and curious.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (SLAs, NDAs, Supplier & Partner contracts).
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Finance and Ops teams, translating complex legal risks into actionable business advice.
• Ensure alignment with the Companies Act, CPA, and POPIA.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and internal governance policies.
