POSITION INFO:
Well established Law Firm is seeking a junior candidate with a strong administrative foundation and an interest in legal processes, specifically within a recoveries environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Litigation Secretary looking to grow within a structured legal setting.

Minimum requirements:

Previous experience as a Paralegal or Litigation Secretary (essential)
Exposure to a recoveries or collections environment (highly advantageous)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
Ability to manage multiple processes and workflows efficiently
Good understanding of legal processes and terminology
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within a recoveries/legal team
- Assist with managing high-volume matters and related processes
- Ensure accurate handling of legal documentation and records
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
