SUMMARY:
A global manufacturer of metals and processing machinery requires an Internal Sales Representative. This position is based in Edenvale / Meadowdale, Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric is essential
Technical Certificate / Qualification would be an advantage
Minimum of 1 - 2 years internal sales experience within a technical environment is required
Valid drivers license is essential to visit clients when necessary

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Deliveries, handling of tooling, spares and blade enquiries, quoting customers accordingly
Processing of orders and placing of orders
Following up on shipping of orders
Checking of orders upon arrival and ensuring invoicing is done
Dealing with tooling enquiries
Dealing with customers to find tooling solutions and offering proposals
Keeping customers up to date with current solutions
Motivating and creating awareness of our brand and products
Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
Technical ability (Technical qualification an advantage) – “hands on”
