SUMMARY:
A Junior (1-year exp) highly ambitious, driven, well spoken, Internal Sales Administrator is urgently sought for our client in the field of conveying and treatment technology as well as tyre repairs, based in Benoni. Must be immediately available, hungry to learn with EXCELLENT communication and organizational skills. Min of 1 year relevant experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Min of 1 year relevant internal sales experience.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
Must have worked on some financial system before like Accpac or Pastel.
Ability to work independently.
Neat and presentable appearance to work with clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to converse on all levels.
High sense of urgency.
Hungry to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive orders from customers.
Prepare orders, quotes, and price lists for customers.
Control picking slips.
Obtain purchase order numbers from customers.
Prepare complete documentation and invoicing.
Receive orders for delivery or collection by customers.
Return invoicing complete with all relevant documents for filing.
Prepare and submit documents to the General Manger at request.
Counter Sales.
Transfer slips for capturing.
Submit all documents required by the General Manager for tasks needed.
Credit notes requests to be filled in and authorized.
Report to debtors for queries.
Report to creditors for queries.
Support and assist Local procurement.
Control Internal staff Queries.
Assist with customer complaints.
Assist warehouse staff on general queries or complaints.
Sign off purchase orders.
Oversee Sales representatives queries or advise on system functions.
Be prepared to settle any disputes between staff members.
Report to finance on stock takes.
Prepare stock sheets for main warehouse and sales representatives.
Run reports.
Prepare all stock related write-offs or corrections.
Report sales figures to the General Manager.
Train internal staff (Accpac, all procedures) and assist with warehouse.
