Junior Industrial Engineer

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Conduct time and motion studies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to industrial engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
