Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

•  National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1 - 2 years of relevant HR administration experience 
• Basic understanding of payroll and HR systems
• Exposure to payroll software such as Sage, VIP or similar will be advantageous 
• Basic computer literacy

• Assist with day-to-day HR administration tasks
• Process and maintain employee records and documentation
• Support payroll preparation and administration
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with leave tracking and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
