Job and company description:

The ideal candidate must lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources Department including fulfil its recruitment needs, administering benefits, ensuring the company complies with labour laws and enforcing company policies and practices.

 The candidate must have strong communicational skills and must be able to work under pressure and ensure the development of staff and the management of their performance.

Qualifications, skills and work experience:

Honours Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Industrial Relations.

Minimum 5 years’ Human Resources management experience.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal – English. (Portuguese would be an advantage)

Must be willing to travel nationally. Good administrative and organisational skills.

Candidate will be required to travel locally and possibly cross border
