Our client, an upcoming and ambitious business based in Ladybrand, is seeking a Junior Human Resource Officer with a tough yet fair personality to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is confident in handling HR matters with professionalism, integrity, and balanced judgment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld and fairly applied

Support performance management and disciplinary processes

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
-
Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters

Assist with payroll preparation and leave administration
Minimum Requirements:
-
HR qualification or relevant tertiary education
-
1–2 years’ HR experience (junior level)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to remain impartial and professional in conflict situations

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Resilient personality with the ability to balance firmness and fairness
