Salary: R12 – 15 000.00 per month

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the HR department. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in Human Resources.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• HR-related Diploma / Certificate – advantageous
• 1–2 years’ HR admin experience (or strong internship/learnership experience).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy).
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees (preparing documentation, induction coordination).
• Help with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Handle HR-related queries from staff in a professional manner.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
• Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
