SUMMARY:
A well-established company is seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance leadership team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified CA(SA) with 2–5 years post-articles experience who is ready to take ownership, add commercial value, and grow into a senior leadership role.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Full financial management and reporting function
Monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Preparation and review of statutory financial statements
Cash flow management and working capital optimisation
Oversight of audits and liaising with external auditors
Strong involvement in operational and commercial decision-making
Implementing and improving financial controls, processes, and systems
Managing and mentoring junior finance staff

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA)
2–5 years post-articles experience
Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills
Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Ability to work independently and partner with the business
Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach
