Junior Financial Analyst

A reputable organisation based in Westville is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join their finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting business units, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support business units with financial analysis and performance reporting.
  - Prepare management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  - Assist in budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  - Conduct data analysis to identify key financial trends and business insights.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
  - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting

• B.Com Accounting, Finance, or similar qualification required.
  - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a financial analysis, management accounting, or reporting role.
  - Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
  - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  - Experience working closely with business units advantageous.
  - Immediate availability required.
