Our client, a well-established and highly regarded cherry producer located near Buffelspoort Dam in the North West Province, is seeking to appoint an experienced Junior Farm Manager to join their production team. Our client forms part of an internationally respected, UK-based fresh produce enterprise with deep roots in global fruit production, marketing, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will join a progressive, export-oriented business committed to excellence in horticultural practices, quality assurance, and sustainable production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Agriculture.

• At least 3 years experience with stone fruit or orchard fruit farming.

• Must be able to speak Afrikaans.

• Excellent leadership-, communication and people skills.

• Must be trustworthy, with excellent work ethic.

• Problem-solver with the ability to work pro-actively.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Orchard and crop production management.

• Workforce leadership and supervision.

• Compliance and standards management.

• Planning and coordination.

• Recordkeeping and administration.

• Support to Farm Manager.

A market related remuneration package, including Accommodation, Pension Fund and Medical Aid, is offered.
