Seeking a proactive Junior Estimator and Council Application Officer to handle all municipal signage applications / approvals, compliance checks, relationshop management with local authorities and cost estimations / quotations. The ideal candidate is organised, well-spoken, and confident navigating municipal processes and are familiar with outdoor signage bylaws.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Submit and track signage applications
• Liaise with municipal officials and departments
• Ensure all applications meets regulatory and bylaw requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and approval records
• Provide updates to project managers and clients on a regular basis
• Cost estimates / quotations
