SUMMARY:
We require a junior Documentation Clerk for an exporter. You need solid admin experience.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification preferred
At least 2 years solid admin experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding etc.
Previous documentation experience with perishables and fruit exports (EUR1, Phyto, PPECB, SARS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deal with customer queries
Handle all documentation
Check shipments
Booking of containers
Update clients on shipments
Prepare export documentation
Request documents from clients if needed
