A KZN company dealing with personal care products seeks a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Job description:

The successful candidate will be required to support the Leader in the following activities:

• Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Ecommerce websites.
• Engage in digital marketing presence creation on new and emerging digital platforms
• Create dynamic written, graphic and video content
• Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
• Works as part of a team to develop large digital marketing campaigns and strategy
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing digital marketing projects
• Identifies ways to improve digital marketing platform performance
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Keeps a close eye on competitors and overall knowledge of digital marketing
• Works with marketing team members to coordinate ad campaigns that align with digital marketing strategy
• Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
• Manage online inventory for ecommerce platform
• Develop campaigns to increase digital sales
• Optimise paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Manage the online marketing presence
• Monitor and report back on changes in website traffic or increases in sales
• Identifies process improvements and procedural challenges, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience:
2 – 3 years Digital Marketing experience. 

Experience in Ecommerce an advantage.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Great track record in Marketing IMM diploma, degree or Honours degree (including BA specialising in Digital Media).
