As a Junior Designer, you’ll be an essential part of a growing creative team, supporting the development of engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll contribute to a variety of brand and marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in real-world design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit graphics for a wide range of materials, including social media, presentations, adverts, and branded collateral

• Support senior designers by contributing to larger projects and executing design tasks within established brand guidelines

• Retouch images and prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital use

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Take part in design reviews and apply constructive feedback effectively

• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and aligned with brand identity

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of InDesign

• Exposure to Canva and PowerPoint design work

• A portfolio showcasing visual and layout skills across various media

• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory, and composition

• Basic animation or video editing knowledge (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is advantageous
