SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with debtors?

Our very busy client in the Health and Safety industry is needing your experience in debtors and administration to support the conscientious finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Min 3 years working as a Debtors Clerk
Sage experience preferable
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Methodical worker, accurate with good attention to detail
Excellent communicator bilingual in Afrikaans and English

DUTIES:

Debtors
- Follow up on unpaid accounts telephonically
- Call on COD collections
Check that the client’s details are loaded correctly on the system
Ensure that invoices are allocated to the correct branch code
Follow up and resolve queries received or any internal queries
Send accurate and complete statements
Ensure that all invoices are paid as per the stipulated agent/client payment terms, no overdue balances on the age analysis
Ensure that all department deadlines are met
General administration duties that are required within the finance department
