SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Southern Suburbs has a six month Temporary Position with a possibility for the role to be made permanent based on performance. They are looking for a Junior Debtors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

Matric.
Min 1 to 2 years debtors experience.
Debt collection experience essential.
Automotive experience pref.
Valid driver’s license.

Essential Duties:

Ensure the efficient collection of outstanding debt by month end.
Liaise with the Financial Director on the legal debtor process.
Receipt and bank cash daily.
Reconcile receipts to banking.
Reconcile individual debtor accounts.
Attend to the printing of statements and mailing thereof.
Continually strive to improve data integrity and information reporting.
SBI experience (not essential but would be advantageous)
