POSITION INFO:

As a Junior Data and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for analysing, validating, and reporting on key datasets across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights while ensuring high standards of data quality and system performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, validate, and maintain datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows
Reconcile data across systems and ensure consistency
Support system testing, updates, and data migrations
Collaborate with IT and development teams on system enhancements
Communicate insights and reporting outcomes to stakeholders
Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and data processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, or related field

Experience:

3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related role
Experience working with business data, reporting tools, and analytics environments

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL
Strong experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
