Junior Data Analyst

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Writing SQL queries and diving deep into databases to uncover insights that dive smarter, evidence-based business decisions
Designing clear, compelling dashboards that help teams across sales, credit, operations and product instantly understand performance
Partnering with stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate business questions into structured impactful analysis
Helping teams move from gut feel decisions to data driven confidence
Spotting inconsistencies, flagging gaps and strengthening data foundations so insights are accurate and trustworthy

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 0-3 years in a Data Analysis or related field
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Experience with Python or R
Strong Excel / Spreadsheet skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
